By donating to Tap Cancer Out you are doing so in good faith to support Tap Cancer Out and our beneficiaries. Your gift is independent of the event or the outcome of any individual's performance on the mat. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event at any time and donations to said event will not be refunded.
Though donations are non-refundable, they CAN be handled in two ways:
- They can be credited to the next Tap Cancer Out tournament that the same competitor registers for. They will start their fundraising for the next tournament at the same amount they left off.
- They can be transferred to a different fundraiser (ex: friend, teammate, relative) registered for a current or future event in the same year. The new fundraiser will receive all earned perks and the original fundraiser will forfeit their earned perks. A portion of donations can be moved, but only whole donations. Donations can also be dispersed amongst multiple competitors, but only whole donations.
If you have donated the wrong amount by accident (ex: $200 instead of $20), please message us through our website chat or email us at help@tapcancerout.org. We can't alter donation amounts so we will refund the donation in full and you'll need to donate again.
